Cancellation Policy
Client must notify no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee:
If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit paid toward the appointment at time of scheduling will not be refunded or applied to future services; it will be collected as a cancellation fee.*
*If a deposit was not taken at the time of scheduling, any cancellation or reschedule within the 48 hour window will have an additional 50% of the service charge applied to the total bill of service at the next appointment.
Same Day Cancellations (within 12 hours of the appointment) or No-Shows will result in forfeiting the booking deposit as a cancellation fee.
Tardiness:
If a client is more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time they will forfeit the booking deposit as a cancellation fee and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
All tardiness and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
Refunds:
The Liven Quarters does not offer refunds because the time and/or products have already been used.
Your satisfaction is important! That’s why a thorough consultation takes place before each service to talk goals and expectations. If you have any concerns please contact (586)610-8115 within 2 days of your appointment, and your stylist will correct the service that was discussed at the consultation at no cost.
If your issue before or after 2 days involves a personal preference or other services that were not addressed in the consultation, it will be charged separately and accordingly.
